Antifreeze Safety Tips (ASPCA)

Check your driveway and under your car regularly for leaks.

Always clean up spills immediately.

Store containers securely away from children and pets.

Never allow your pets near your vehicle when you are changing antifreeze.

Some antifreeze / coolants are made with propylene glycol, which is less toxic to pets and safer to use around them.

If you suspect your pet has ingested antifreeze, contact the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center or your local veterinarian immediately!
