She was very sick in the begining, not from our doing, but she just got sick where we got her- and we have no regrets! Right now she is almost 5 months old and is 35 pounds- she is gonna be a biiig girl!

Athena loves it outside, and it breaks our hearts that we don't have a bigger yard. But we put our heads together and bought some carpet that looks like grass- and feels so cool! We cut it to the exact demensions of the "yard" and We put her crate and her toys outside and she loves it! Outside taken care of.
As for the inside... We had to put up two dog gates in front of the kitchen entrances, because she isnt allowed in there. We are finally getting to the point where we dont have to have the gates up now. We do our best to keep anything that can be shredded of the floor- BAD separation anxiety. We may have just gotten lucky but she doesnt jump on the furniture or bark a whole lot, only when she wants to play or when we leave.
My recommendations to any one who has a husky in an apartment is to go places with your dog. She loves the truck and we take her everywhere. To the Beach, to the Park, to the Petstore, to dog friendly Restaraunts, and we have just started taking her once a week to doggie daycamp- a program that lets you take your dog to a boarding kennel type place, you leave your dog all day and they get stay and play in a room full of dogs all day with friendly people watching over them. It is the greatest thing! She has already made a new husky friend!
Athena will sometimes streak around the apartment like a jackrabbit in shear joy- and we love it, even if she bumps into something it still brings us much joy and can't imagine a life without her.
