Want to Help?

The popular myth is that Siberian Huskies are hard to train, and some older books even rate their trainability as "Low". The fact is though this simply isn't true. Sibes are intelligent and friendly, and given the chance are eager and willing learners.

Training is for life and a well trained Sibe is a companion and trustworthy friend like no other. It takes some effort sometimes to stay on track and every Sibe will stray from obedience at times, but they are up to the challenge and chances are your Sibe will love you all the more if you offer them the fun and games of proper obedience training.

Siberian Huskies perform in agility and obedience trials every day all around the world and prove that the breed is more than a match for any competition, they are energetic and enthusiastic workers who love to use their full minds and bodies to solve any challenge.

Even if most dog owners aren't looking to enter into competitive obedience events, many of them still like to work on training their pets, even if it is just to teach some basic manners and household etiquette. Knowing how to train effectively though is half the battle won.
