Unless you want us to use a special layout, plain text is the easiest way
to send us your article. You can send us your text either in the body of an email or using our Online Submission Form
or as an attachment to an email in one of the document formats below.
We would be happy to receive emails with attachments such as:

Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
Microosft Word (DOC)
Web Page (HTML)
Rich Text Format (RTF)
If you would like to send us pictures with your articles you can send them as:
JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
TIF (Tagged Image File Format)

BMP (Windows or OS/2 Bitmap)
GIF (CompuServe Graphics Interchange Format)

When you submit an article, we ask that you send us some details about yourself. We sometimes cannot publish arcitles without this information, and all information you send us will be treated as confidential.
Your Name. You can send us articles anonymously but we may not always be able to publish them if you do. Please provide both your Name and Email address to ensure we can publish your article. Please use your proper name, no nicknames, aliases or handles.
Your Email Address. Please provide us with your Email address in case we need to contact you about your article.
Whether you are under or over 18 years of age.
The Country you live in. This allows us to organize the site by region and implement the ability to search for articles by Country.
Confirmation that you Consent to having your article published. You must consent to the terms and conditions listed here before we can publish your work.

Before we can publish your work you must confirm that:
The article is your own original work and is not copied or plagiarized from any other source and that you are the copyright owner. Or...
The article is submitted on behalf of the author, whose email address has been provided and who has consented to their material being submitted.
The article does not intentionally defame, denigrate, abuse or otherwise slander any individual, organization, company, brand name or community group and that every effort has been made to avoid language and references that may be considered offensive.
The article does not contain information that may be considered unsuitable for minors.
The article does not promote any commercial interest or affiliations and that you were not paid or commissioned for the submission for the purposes of Sibes.Org.
You accept that all formatting and layout in a submission is subject to change at the discretion of Sibes.Org. Text fonts, colours and sizing etc. and image cropping, file format, compression etc. may need to be amended to work with the theme requirements of the Sibes.Org site or to maximize cross-browser compatibility.
